A Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Tufts University, Dr. Venti received her medical degree at the University of Connecticut. She completed her three year residency at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford, CT where she also served as Chief Resident.
She has attained many accolades over her past thirty-three years in practice, including: Best Doctors in America 2007-2008, 2011-2012; National Committee for Quality Assurance and American Diabetes Association Certificate of Recognition for Delivery of Quality Diabetes Care 2010-2013; NCQA Certificate of Recognition for Quality Cardiovascular Disease and Stroke Care 2012-2015.
Dr. Venti has been active in the CT State Medical Society-IPA since 1988 serving various positions including board member and secretary. She has active privileges at Hartford Hospital and St Francis Hospital. She is known for her thoroughness, compassionate care and willingness to work with other healthcare providers, traditional or complementary. She enjoys singing and listening to rock 'n' roll music.
Dr. Katie O’Connor has been practicing at Hebron Medical Associates since 2005. She has been a board certified nurse practitioner in adult primary care and internal medicine since receiving a Master of Science degree from Yale University in 2002.
Later in her career, she received a Post-Master’s in acute care and clinical doctorate degrees (Doctor of Nursing Practice) from the UConn School of Nursing in (2009 and 2010, respectively). She is an inductee of the Sigma Theta Tau International and Phi Kappa Phi Honor Societies through UConn and Yale University, and a member of both the American College and American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Dr. O’Connor has particular interest in patient education, responsible prescribing to avert polypharmacy, and empowering patients with chronic illness to achieve healthy and holistic lives.
Veronica Stanek joined Hebron Medical Associates in January 2020, having had twenty-nine years experience in internal medicine and ambulatory care. She graduated Alderson Broaddus College in 1991 with a certified physician assistant degree.
She enjoys seeing a variety of patients and has special interest in treating people with special needs such as autism/Asberger syndrome.
Aside from medicine, her interests include quilting, gardening and farming.
